This Wheelchair conditioning class will focus on strengthening, endurance and motor planning skills needed to negotiate life in a wheelchair.
Fitness is not a destination,
it is a way of life.
The class will be adapted for any participant’s current functional level. This class will use Stretching wands, dumbbells, resistance bands and functional movement challenges to improve their wheelchair skills, their independence, and overall health.
