This is a medium intensity work out that can be performed in seated or standing. Each person will have a set of drumsticks that we will use to drum on a large therapy ball that is held in place.

This class focuses on rhythm, bilateral hand coordination, motor planning, and movement set to music. The class will be being with a 10-15 minute warm up and practice beats followed by medium intensity whole body work out for 30 minutes and end with 15-minute free rhythm section and cool down. The focus of the class is to generate new neuro pathways, stimulate endorphins as well as improve physical and cognitive health and emotional well-being.
