OODLES OF NOODLES

This class will engage clients using a pool noodle for stretching and strengthening.

This class can be performed
seated or standing.

Clients will bend and shape noodles for improved joint range of motion, strength, balance, motor planning, and bilateral upper extremity and lower extremity coordination in a fun and creative exercise class. Each person will need to be able to grasp a small or large noodle, some adaptations are possible for participants with grasp difficulty.

Moving the joints every day ensures that range of motion and comfort is maintained over a longer period of time.
