This class will encompass structured stretching patterns and strengthening movements combined with cardio endurance through dancing and motion.

for wheelchair users.
This class will use Stretching wands, dumbells, resistance bands and functional movement challenges designed for each client’s abilities. This class can be modified for individuals’ functional level from wheelchairs, to seated and/or standing. The purpose of this class will be to encourage of clients to be challenged through their Minds, Muscles and their Motion.
STRETCHING WANDS
Clients who need to stretch shoulder-area scar tissue and increase range of motion will find this exercise tool helpful.
DUMBELLS
Both barbells and dumbbells are perfectly ideal for building muscle.
RESISTANCE BANDS
Resistance band workouts consist of a series of exercises completed with stretchy, elastic bands.
