Our Mind, Muscle, and Motion 3-hour intensive session will incorporate 2- 30-minute blocks of time that focus on using your mind (creative thinking, writing skills, life skills, and speaking skills.
This class can be modified
for wheelchair users.
The Muscle portion of the day, (2 – 30-minute sessions will include, stretching, strengthening, and balance skills). The Motion portion will focus on a 30-minute block of different motions such as ambulation forward and backward, ability to move and carry weighted objects, balance skills, fast and slow walking, side stepping, grape vine, etc… There will also be a 30-minute break for lunch/snack and socialization. This session will be adaptive to every client’s needs and ability for optimum mind muscle and motion.
