BALLS, BALLS, BALLS

This class is all about… you guessed it – BALLS. We will work on all ball skills (catching, throwing styles, kicking, dribbling, and target skills.


This class can be performed
seated or standing.

Working on ball skills develops motor planning, motor control, bilateral upper extremity coordination, as well as visual tracking, and concentration. Through the pandemic, each participant will maintain social distancing and use their individual ball for all skills during classes. This is a fun and challenging class for clients whether they are seated or standing.
