Through the pandemic, Coach Tina and I have dedicated hours of sweat and love to open our academy for everyone. I envision this academy to be a place where our clients are able to feel comfortable and excited to participate in fitness classes focusing on improving their minds and bodies as well as physical therapy services that focus on improving gross motor skills. It is my hope that we all have fun along the way and are able to enrich each other’s lives.
Anne Holdsworth graduated from the University of Buffalo in 1997 and began her career at a special needs school helping children with various disabilities improve their gross motor skills. She moved to Florida in 2000 and kept her license active while taking care of her 4 boys. She has treated and supervised numerous clients from Tarpon Springs to Sarasota over the past 4 years striving to bring out positive outcomes through engagement and encouragement.
“Being able to partner with Coach Tina and create this amazing academy for all our friends has had such a positive impact in my life. I am excited to begin 2021 with hope, love, and excitement. Our academy will be successful because of the amazing people that surround us and believe in our vision.”
